How long does it take to get my test result ?

Internal tests take up to 24 hours, cultural and sensitivity tests may take up to 4 days, and external tests take up to 14 working days.

Except for some tests that may take longer depending on the type of test, for further inquiry contact customer support.

Would my insurance cover the test ?

Are packages covered by insurance ?

Unfortunately, packages are not covered by insurance.
