Delivery Policy


- Free delivery is available for all orders within Kuwait.

- All eligible orders are delivered within 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed.

- Delivery is available for products sold and fulfilled by Alshamel only.


Delivery Process


- Our team will contact the Customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.

- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

- Valid proof of identity may be required by the delivery partner upon receipt.


Missed Delivery


- If the Customer is not available at the confirmed delivery address, the order will be returned to Alshamel’s warehouse.

- The Customer must contact Alshamel Customer Care to arrange a new delivery.

- Failure to reschedule within a reasonable time may result in the order being canceled.


Accuracy of Delivery Information


- Customers must ensure that all delivery address details are accurate and complete.

- Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery.


Order Updates


- Customers may review or update delivery details before the order is confirmed.

- Once an order is shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.


Delivery Commitment


- Alshamel aims to deliver all products on time; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, unexpected events, or overwhelming demand).

- In such cases, Alshamel will notify the Customer and attempt to arrange an alternative delivery time.
