• Prepare the Monitor

Remove the device and wrist cuff from the packaging. Insert 2 AAA batteries if not already installed.

• Position the Cuff

Place the cuff on your left or right wrist, about 1–2 cm above the wrist joint. Ensure the display is on the inner side of your wrist.

• Sit Comfortably

Sit in a relaxed position with your arm supported on a table, palm facing up, and legs uncrossed.

• Start Measurement

Press the power/start button. The cuff will automatically inflate and measure your blood pressure and pulse.

• Read Results

Results appear on the LCD screen. If using Bluetooth, readings will automatically transfer to the ADC@Home App.

• After Measurement

Remove the cuff and store the device in a dry, safe place. Repeat measurements as recommended for accuracy.
