The Calprotectin and FOB Combo Rapid Test Cassette is a qualitative lateral flow immunoassay used for the simultaneous detection of calprotectin and human occult blood in feces.
Calprotectin is a marker of intestinal inflammation, while FOB indicates gastrointestinal bleeding. This combo test is useful for screening and supporting diagnosis of gastrointestinal disorders.

For qualitative detection of calprotectin and fecal occult blood in human stool specimens.
- Collect fecal sample using collection tube.
- Mix sample with extraction buffer.
- Add 2 drops into test cassette.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Read results.
- Positive: Two lines appear
- Negative: One control line
- Invalid: No control line
