1. Slide your foot into the brace and position your heel fully into the heel opening. Make sure the brace fits snugly around your ankle, without any wrinkles or twisting.
2. Wrap the Velcro strap around your ankle and turn the adjustment knob to ensure the ankle brace provides a comfortable and secure fit, but do not fasten it too tightly.
3. Take a few steps, and readjust if necessary to ensure the support is comfortable and the brace stays securely in place.
