The wheelchair features a durable chrome-plated steel frame, a black seat and backrest, padded head support and a repositionable support cushion. It also includes fixed padded armrests, two padded calf supports, two metal footplates and a safety belt to help maintain a secure seated position.

Large rear wheels with hand rims allow manual propulsion, while the user-operated wheel locks and rear attendant brake handles provide greater control when stopping or positioning the chair. Rear anti-tip supports enhance stability, particularly while the backrest is reclined.
