1. Use the sponge shower rose for body and silicone one for hair.
2. Hold the shower rose close to the skin and press the water outlet button while moving.
3. Release the button before lifting to avoid dripping.
4. Use the quick-release connector for easy hose installation.
5. Keep clean and sewage hoses separated for hygiene.
