For quality control of manual and automated laboratory analytical procedures using human control serum with normal analyte concentrations. 

1. Open one vial carefully.

2. Add exactly 5.0 mL of distilled or deionized water.

3. Close the vial and gently swirl until completely dissolved. 4. Allow approximately 30 minutes for complete reconstitution.

5. Avoid foam formation during mixing.
