1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before use.
2. Remove the device cap, then securely insert a compatible sterile lancet.
3. Remove the lancet’s protective cover, then replace the device cap.
4. Select the appropriate penetration-depth setting for the user’s skin type.
5. Pull back the rear section until the device is ready for use.
6. Place the device against the side of the fingertip, then press the release button.
7. Remove the cap, safely eject the used lancet, and dispose of it in an appropriate sharps container.

• The device is intended for single-person use only and must not be shared.
• Use a new, sterile, compatible lancet for every test.
• Do not use a lancet that is damaged or has been previously used.
• Avoid lancing injured or inflamed skin, and discontinue use if unusual pain or irritation occurs.
• Dispose of the used lancet immediately in an appropriate sharps container.
• Keep the device and lancets out of the reach of children.

• Store in a clean, dry place at room temperature.
