- Bring reagents to room temperature before use.
- Use serum, 24-hour urine or semen samples.
- Follow the recommended assay procedure.
- Read absorbance at 546–565 nm.
- Calculate zinc concentration according to the supplied formula.
- Reagent A: 2 × 40 mL
- Reagent B: 2 × 10 mL
- Zinc Standard: 1 × 10 mL
- For professional in-vitro diagnostic use only.
- Avoid skin contact and ingestion.
- Do not use hemolyzed samples.
