CBC Baby Tourniquet

The CBC Baby Tourniquet is specially designed for the delicate arms of babies and small children. It features a soft, flexible, skin-friendly strap for comfortable venous compression during blood collection and other procedures requiring temporary venous restriction.

The safety closure allows easy one-handed operation and quick release at the push of a button, while its design helps prevent pinching or squeezing of the skin. The tourniquet is metal-free and latex-free, making it suitable for pediatric clinical use.

• Designed to provide temporary venous compression on the arm of babies and children, particularly during venipuncture, blood collection, and related clinical procedures.

1. Place the tourniquet around the patient's arm.
2. Insert and secure the strap using the closure mechanism.
3. Adjust the strap until appropriate venous compression is achieved.
4. Perform the required blood collection or clinical procedure.
5. Release the tourniquet using the release control.
6. Remove the tourniquet from the patient's arm.
7. Clean and handle the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
