Combination Emergency Safety Shower and Eyewash Station

The Combined Emergency Shower & Double-Outlet Eyewash Station provides emergency body and eye rinsing in laboratories, hospitals, chemical facilities, beverage facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, and other hazardous work environments.

Constructed primarily from polished 304 stainless steel, the unit provides high corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, salts, and oils. The drench shower delivers a flow of

90–180  L/min, while the adjustable mist-type eyewash provides 12–18 L/min at a working pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa.

A double-layer filter made from high-density PP and 304 stainless steel helps remove impurities. Automatic drainage of the internal drench and eyewash piping helps empty residual water after valve closure.

• Designed for emergency rinsing of the body, face, and eyes following accidental exposure to chemical liquids, toxic substances, or splashes.
• Suitable for hospitals, laboratories, chemical, beverage, and pharmaceutical facilities.

1. Ensure the unit is correctly connected to the water supply and drainage system.
2. For body rinsing, push the shower handle to activate the drench flow.
3. For eye rinsing, push the eyewash handle to activate the mist-type water flow.
4. The eyewash water is released within approximately 1 second.
5. Position the face correctly over the eyewash outlets during flushing.
6. Close the relevant valve after use and allow the internal automatic drainage system to empty residual water.
7. Provide separate freeze protection for the inlet pipeline where required.

• Regularly inspect the PP + 304 stainless-steel filter for blockage.
• Ensure the inlet pipeline has appropriate freeze protection where required.
• The automatic drainage system drains internal residual water only.
• Inspect the station regularly and keep the water outlets unobstructed.

• Store before installation in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and corrosive gases.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
