Vertical Eyewash Station

The Vertical Eyewash Station is designed to provide rapid emergency rinsing following accidental exposure to chemical liquids and other hazardous substances. Constructed primarily from polished 304 stainless steel, it offers high resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and oils.

The eyewash system provides an adjustable mist-type water flow of 12–18 L/min at a working pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa. A double-layer filter combining high-density PP and 304 stainless steel helps filter impurities from the water supply. The system also incorporates automatic drainage to help empty residual water from the internal piping after use.

1. Ensure the station is properly connected to the water supply and drainage system.
2. Push the eyewash handle to activate the water flow.
3. Water is released within approximately 1 second.
4. Adjust the eyewash flow within the specified 12–18 L/min range as required.
5. Position the face correctly over the eyewash outlets for flushing.
6. Close the valve after use and allow the internal drainage system to empty residual water.
7. Provide separate freeze protection for the inlet water pipeline where required.

• Ensure the inlet pipeline has appropriate freeze protection where required.
• The automatic drainage system drains internal residual water only.
• Inspect the station regularly and keep the water outlets unobstructed.

• Store before installation in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and corrosive gases.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
