The stadiometer provides a quick and convenient way to measure a person’s height without physical contact. The device can store data for up to 8 users, making it suitable for monitoring height changes among family members or in schools, clinics, and fitness centers. 1. Open the battery compartment and insert 2 × AAA batteries according to the indicated polarity.
2. Turn on the device and select the preferred measurement unit if this option is available.
3. Position the device correctly as illustrated in the user manual.
4. Stand upright on a flat surface, keeping your head and body still.
5. Make sure there are no objects or obstructions within the sensor’s measuring range.
6. Start the measurement and wait for the ultrasonic reading to complete.
7. Check the result displayed on the LCD screen.
8. Use the memory function to save the reading under the appropriate user profile.
9. Activate recalibration mode if readings appear inaccurate, following the user manual.
10. Replace the batteries when the low-battery indicator appears.

• Read the user manual before operating the device.

• Keep hair, hats, and other objects away from the sensor.
• Keep the device away from water and excessive humidity. Never immerse it in liquid.
• Protect it from drops and impacts, and clean it with a soft cloth without abrasive cleaners.
• Insert the batteries correctly, and do not mix old and new batteries.
• Remove the batteries before long-term storage and keep the device out of children’s reach.
• Repeat the measurement or recalibrate the device if the reading appears unusual. 

• Store the device in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, excessive heat, liquids, and chemicals.
