The Smart Body Fat Scale IF-28 Series is designed to provide accurate body weight and body composition measurements for daily health monitoring. Using Bluetooth connectivity, the scale syncs with a mobile application to help users track weight trends and body composition data over time.

The scale features a tempered glass platform with four metal electrode pads for precise measurement. It can display and monitor several health indicators such as body fat, body water, muscle, bone mass, BMI, and heart rate. The scale also supports multiple users, making it suitable for family use.

For best results, the scale should be used barefoot on a hard, flat surface and connected to the compatible mobile app for data storage and review.

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat floor.
2. Download the compatible mobile app and complete registration.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and bind the scale through the app.
4. Step barefoot onto the scale, ensuring both feet touch the metal electrodes.
5. Stand still until the measurement is completed.
6. View the results on the scale display and in the mobile app.
7. Use at the same time each day for more consistent tracking.
