1. Place the grip ring comfortably in the palm of your hand.
2. Squeeze slowly using steady, controlled pressure.
3. Hold for 3–5 seconds, then gradually release.
4. Repeat according to your comfort and training level.
5. Change the squeezing direction to use the different resistance levels.
6. Clean with mild soap and water after use and allow to dry completely.
