1. Switch on the device and select forehead or object mode.
2. Select the appropriate age group when measuring body temperature.
3. Aim the sensor at the center of the forehead or the target surface from a distance of 3–5 cm.
4. Press the measurement button while keeping the device steady.
5. Wait for the audible signal, then read the result shown on the display.
6. After use, allow the device to switch off automatically.
