MultiSure Triglyceride Test Strip

MultiSure Triglyceride Test Strips provide a practical way to monitor blood triglyceride levels using a small fingertip blood sample of at least 1.2 µL. They are designed for use only with the MultiSure GCTU meter and provide a result in 60 seconds. Each strip is individually foil wrapped to help maintain its integrity until use and is intended for single use only.

1. Triglyceride Test Strips are used with the MultiSure GCTU meter to help measure triglyceride levels in capillary blood samples obtained from the fingertip,
2. for in vitro diagnostic use.

1. Read the MultiSure GCTU meter manual and the enclosed leaflet fully before use.
2. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before collecting the sample.
3. Remove one test strip from its foil pouch only when ready to test, then insert it into the compatible meter.
4. Use a suitable lancing device to obtain a fingertip blood sample of at least 1.2 µL.
5. Touch the strip tip to the blood sample as directed in the meter instructions.
6. Wait 60 seconds for the result to appear.
7. Dispose of the used strip after testing; do not reuse it.

1. Use the strips only with the compatible MultiSure GCTU meter.
2. Do not use a strip if its foil pouch is open, torn, or damaged.
3. Do not use strips after the expiry date printed on the package.
4. Do not reuse a strip after testing.
5. Avoid touching the strip’s sample-application area with fingers or contaminated objects.
6. Use one strip for each test only.
7. Dispose of used strips and testing materials according to local safety guidelines.
8. Do not rely on the result alone to diagnose a medical condition or change treatment; consult a healthcare professional when needed.
9. Keep out of reach of children.
