MultiSure Uric Acid Test Strip

UASure II Test Strips are intended for the quantitative measurement of uric acid in whole blood when used with the compatible UASure II Blood Uric Acid Meter. Each strip is sealed in an airtight foil packet to support proper storage. Every box includes a box-specific calibrated code chip that fits into the side of the meter to help ensure accurate testing.

1. Ensure the UASure II meter is clean and ready for use.
2. Insert the code chip supplied with the same box of test strips into the side of the meter.
3. Remove one test-strip packet only when ready to test.
4. Open the packet and insert the strip into the meter according to the meter user manual.
5. Follow the meter instructions for applying the sample and performing the test.
6. Dispose of the used strip after testing.

• Do not use a strip if the foil packet is open, torn, or damaged.
• Do not reuse test strips.
• Check the expiry date before use.
• Do not interpret results or adjust treatment without consulting a healthcare professional.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Store in a cool, dry place between 4–30°C (39–86°F). Keep each strip in its original unopened foil packet, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Do not freeze.
