Postoperative Stoma Bandage

A postoperative stoma support bandage made from flexible, breathable materials that wraps around the abdomen to provide balanced compression and comfortable support. It features a dedicated opening for the stoma bag and an external support pouch that helps position and support the stoma bag during use. The adjustable fastening provides a comfortable fit. The product is non-sterile and reusable when cared for as instructed.

• To provide comfortable support and compression around the abdominal stoma following surgery.
• To help secure the stoma bag and reduce its movement during daily activities. 

1. Fully unfold the bandage and ensure it is clean and dry before use.
2. Position the center of the bandage against the back of the abdomen, keeping the wash label facing outward.
3. Wrap the bandage around the abdomen and align the opening with the stoma site.
4. Gently guide the stoma bag through the circular opening without damaging or compressing it.
5. Place the stoma bag inside the external support pouch.
6. Secure the fasteners and adjust them to achieve firm, comfortable support without excessive tightness.
7. Regularly check the user’s comfort and the skin around the stoma for pressure or irritation.
8. Use as directed by a physician or healthcare professional.

• Read the instructions carefully and use the product according to the instructions or under the guidance of a physician.
• Long-term use or excessive tightening may cause poor blood circulation.
• Poor circulation may cause varicose veins in the lower limbs, hemorrhoids, and lumbar muscle strain.
• Excessive tightening around the waist may increase abdominal pressure and reduce ligament support for the reproductive organs.
• This may contribute to uterine prolapse, uterine retroversion, or anterior or posterior vaginal wall bulging.
• It may also contribute to pelvic venous congestion, pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, and other gynecological conditions.
• Do not use the product if the Nylon fastener is not securely fastened or if more than 10% of the stitching comes undone after use.

• Hand-wash using cold water and a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Allow to air-dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
• Do not machine-wash or use bleach or harsh cleaning agents.
• Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
• Avoid contact with oils and sharp objects, and do not place heavy items on the product.
• Atmospheric pressure: 500–1060 hPa.
• Recommended transportation and storage temperature: −20°C to 40°C.
• Recommended relative humidity: 10% to 80%.
