Restraint Belt

A padded wrist restraint designed for use in hospitals, care facilities, and home-care environments. It features soft cushioning to help reduce pressure and friction around the wrist, along with a durable 85 cm securing strap and metal loops for adjustable fastening. The product must be used under qualified caregiver supervision, with regular checks for user comfort and proper circulation.

1. Fully open the restraint and inspect the padding, strap, and metal loops before use.
2. Position the padded section around the user’s wrist.
3. Thread the securing strap through the metal loops as intended.
4. Adjust the restraint until it is secure and comfortable without applying excessive pressure.
5. Secure the long strap to a suitable and stable attachment point according to caregiver instructions and facility policy.
6. Regularly check the wrist, circulation, and user comfort during use.
7. Remove the restraint immediately if pain, swelling, numbness, or skin discoloration occurs. 
8. Check Distal Circulation Every 15 Minutes; Loosen If Necessary.

• The product must be used under continuous supervision by a qualified caregiver.
• Do not overtighten; allow enough space to insert one finger between the restraint and the wrist.
• Regularly check the skin, temperature, color, and circulation.
• Do not use over injured or irritated skin unless directed by a healthcare professional.
• Do not attach the strap to a moving or insecure part of a bed or chair.
• Do not use it as a substitute for direct patient monitoring.
• Discontinue use immediately if pain, swelling, numbness, irritation, or skin discoloration occurs.
