The material components pass through an internal spiral, which helps blend them into a uniform consistency during dispensing. The narrow outlet helps direct the material to the intended area, while the blue color makes the tips easy to identify among clinic supplies. Each bag contains 50 single-use tips.

1. Confirm that the mixing tip is compatible with the cartridge or dispenser being used.
2. Inspect the tip before use, checking that the tube, outlet, and locking tabs are intact.
3. Prepare the cartridge according to the dental material manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Remove a new mixing tip from the bag and attach it securely using the cartridge’s locking mechanism.
5. Dispense an initial amount as directed by the material manufacturer, then check that the material exiting the tip is uniformly mixed.
6. Direct the outlet to the intended area and dispense the required amount, following the material’s application method and working time.
7. After use, remove and dispose of the tip according to clinic procedures. Use a new tip for the next application.
