1. Read the instructions supplied with the product before use.
2. Measure your ankle circumference and select the appropriate size using the size chart.
3. Release the fastening strap, then gently slide your foot into the support, positioning the heel correctly and leaving the toes exposed through the front opening.
4. Smooth out any folds, then wrap the strap around the foot and ankle in a figure-of-eight pattern, following the fitting instructions supplied with the product.
5. Secure and adjust the strap for comfortable compression without overtightening.
6. Check that your foot and toes remain comfortable after fitting. Follow your healthcare professional’s advice on wearing time and suitable activities.
