1. Wrap the device around the desired area and adjust the strap for comfort.
2. Press the power button to turn on.
3. Select the massage mode and temperature level.
4. The device will automatically stop after 20 minutes.
5. Insert the moxa pack if deeper warmth therapy is desired.
