This reusable hot & cold therapy pack is intended for temporary relief of muscle pain, joint stiffness, sprains, strains, swelling, and minor sports injuries. Suitable for use as cold therapy to reduce inflammation and as heat therapy to relax muscles and improve blood circulation.

Cold: Freeze for at least 2 hours, then apply indirectly to the skin for up to 20 minutes.

Hot (Microwave): Heat for 20 seconds at room temperature, then add in 5-second intervals if needed.

Hot (Boiling Water): Soak in hot water for 5–10 minutes, then apply indirectly to the skin for up to 20 minutes.
