The Transparent Gel Pack Hot/Cold provides simple, reusable temperature therapy for everyday comfort and recovery. Made from durable transparent PVC with a non-toxic gel filling, it can be cooled or heated as needed. Its compact 12 × 19 cm size fits comfortably against different areas of the body, while the 200 g lightweight design is easy to use at home, work, or while travelling.

Designed to provide temporary relief from muscle discomfort, joint stiffness, sprains, strains, swelling and minor sports-related injuries. Use cold therapy to help soothe swelling and inflammation, or heat therapy to relax tired muscles and support local circulation.

1. For Cold Therapy:Place Beaded Pack in Freezer for at Least Two Hours Before Using.
2. For Heat Therapy:Submerge Pack in Water and Heat in Microwave at Medium Power Setting for 30 Seconds; Add Additional 5 Second Intervals Until Desired Temperature is Reached. Heating the Pack Beyond the Time Stated Above is Not Recommended. Or Soak in Hot Water for 5–10 Minutes. Stop Immediately If Package Balloons or Expands.

Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, sharp objects and heat sources. The pack may also be kept in the refrigerator or freezer for convenient cold use. Allow it to return to room temperature before reheating.
