1. Cold therapy:Place the knee pad in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours before use.Position it comfortably around the knee.Check the temperature before applying it to the skin.
2. Hot therapy:Heat in a microwave for no more than 45 seconds.Check the temperature carefully before use.If additional warmth is needed, reheat only in short intervals to avoid overheating.Position the pad comfortably around the knee.
3. Cleaning:Hand wash with cold water and mild soap.Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.Rinse thoroughly and allow to air-dry completely.Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
