1. Cold use: Refrigerate for 2 hours before use.
2. Hot use: Microwave for no more than 45 seconds.
3. Check the temperature before placing the pad against the body. Wrap securely around the waist and use for up to 30 minutes. Hand wash the fabric cover with cold water and mild soap, then air dry completely.
