Gel Pack Hot/Cold

A reusable hot and cold gel pack designed for simple, targeted temperature therapy. The flexible gel filling adapts comfortably to different areas of the body, while the durable, leak-resistant exterior supports repeated use. Designed to provide temporary comfort for muscle aches, back pain, menstrual discomfort, sinus discomfort, toothache, headache, minor swelling and everyday strains.

1. Cold Use:Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Wrap it in a soft cloth before applying to the desired area.
2. Microwave Heating:Heat for approximately 30 seconds from room temperature or 1 minute when frozen, based on a 600 W microwave. Check the temperature carefully. If more heat is needed, continue in 10-second intervals.
3. Hot Water Heating:Bring water to a boil and remove it from the heat. Immerse the gel pack for 4–10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check the temperature every minute until comfortably warm.
