1. Wrap the brace comfortably around your waist and secure the front fasteners.
2. Position the support plate correctly over the lumbar spine.
3. Pull the pulley handles evenly until the desired level of compression and support is achieved.
4. Readjust the compression when sitting, standing, or performing daily activities.
5. Ensure the brace is secure and comfortable without being excessively tight.
