•  Loosen the strap before putting on the sling.
• Gently place the affected arm inside the mesh pouch.
• Position the elbow fully against the closed rear section.
• Ensure that the forearm and wrist are comfortably supported.
• Pass the strap over the shoulder opposite the supported arm.
• Position the padded section flat on the shoulder and away from the neck.
• Adjust the strap until the hand is positioned slightly higher than the elbow.
• Ensure that the sling is secure without excessive pressure.
