1. Inspect the thermal bag, fabric cover, and stopper before each use.
2. Heat clean water, avoiding excessively boiling water.
3. Hold the bag upright by the neck.
4. Slowly fill it to approximately two-thirds of its capacity.
5. Carefully expel excess air before closing.
6. Securely tighten the stopper.
7. Check carefully for any leakage before use.
8. Place the thermal bag inside the fabric cover.
9. Apply it to the desired area without placing excessive pressure on the bag.
10. After use, empty the water completely and allow the bag to dry naturally.

• Do not use boiling water.
• Fill only up to about two-thirds capacity.
• Expel excess air and tighten the stopper securely.
• Check for leaks before each use.
• Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.

• Do not sit, lie, or place heavy objects on the bag.
• Keep away from sharp objects, flames, and direct heat.
• Do not use in a microwave or oven.
• Do not use if cracked, damaged, or leaking.

After use, empty the water completely and allow the bag to dry naturally with the stopper removed.
