Intended for measuring body circumferences and other external dimensions during clinical, fitness, and general assessments.

1.  Hold the tape measure case securely.
2. Gently pull the plastic tab until the required length is reached.
3. Position the tape around the body or along the surface being measured without overstretching it.
4. Read the measurement using either the inch or centimeter scale.
5. After measuring, hold the end tab and press the rewind button on the back of the case.
6. Guide the tape slowly back into the case to prevent rapid snapping.

• Control the tape during retraction to prevent sudden recoil, product damage, or possible injury.
