1. The brace must be fitted and adjusted to the patient’s body.
2. Position the cervical section around the neck, ensuring proper support for the chin and the back of the head.
3. Adjust the upper and lower chest plates, then secure the shoulder and torso straps evenly.
4. Adjust the supports and straps until secure without excessive pressure or restricting breathing.
5. Regularly check the skin, comfort, circulation, straps, and fastening components.
6. Remove and clean the lining according to the care instructions. Allow it to dry completely before reattaching it.
