1.  Clean the chamber and cover glass.
2. Place the cover glass correctly.
3. Load the sample by capillary action.
4. Allow cells to settle.
5. Count cells under a microscope.
6. Calculate cell concentration according to laboratory procedures.
7. Clean and dry after use.
