Sterile Specimen Container

Practical sterile containers designed for the safe and organized collection, containment, and delivery of medical specimens to the laboratory. Made from durable polypropylene (PP), each container features a transparent body for easy content visibility and clear graduations to help identify the specimen volume.

Each container is equipped with a secure screw cap that helps reduce accidental leakage during handling and transport. It also includes a dedicated area for recording patient and specimen details, such as name, number, doctor or department, date, and time. The containers are available in 60 mL and 120 mL capacities and are individually sterilized and packed.

• Intended for collecting, containing, and delivering appropriate medical specimens for laboratory and diagnostic testing, including culture testing when requested by a healthcare provider or laboratory.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and wear gloves when required.
2. Ensure that the individual package is intact before use.
3. Open the package, then carefully remove the cap.
4. Avoid touching the inside of the container or cap.
5. Collect the specimen according to the healthcare provider’s or laboratory’s instructions.
6. Replace the cap and tighten it securely.
7. Clearly record the patient and specimen information in the designated area.
8. Deliver the container to the laboratory according to the approved transport procedures.

• Use the container according to the healthcare provider’s or laboratory’s instructions.
• Do not use it if the individual package is open or damaged.
• Avoid touching the inside of the container or cap.
• Ensure that the cap is securely tightened before transporting the specimen.
• Do not exceed the container’s specified capacity.
• Do not reuse the container.
• Record the specimen information clearly to help prevent identification errors.
• Dispose of the used container according to approved medical-waste procedures.

• Store the containers in their original packaging in a clean, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources. Do not open the individual package until ready for use.
