1. Wash your hands thoroughly before using the container.
2. Carefully unscrew the cap without touching the inside of the container or the collection spoon.
3. Use the spoon attached to the cap to collect the required amount of specimen.
4. Place the specimen inside the container without overfilling it.
5. Reinsert the spoon and securely tighten the screw cap.
6. Record the patient and specimen information on the provided label.
7. Submit the container to the laboratory or healthcare provider according to the instructions provided.
8. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
