Adscope® 600 Platinum Cardiology Stethoscope

The ADC Adscope® 600 is designed for medical auscultation during patient examinations. Its single-sided chestpiece uses AFD technology to provide bell-type and diaphragm-type acoustic responses: light pressure brings out lower frequencies, while firmer pressure brings out higher frequencies. The stainless-steel chestpiece connects to flexible, 48 cm dual-bore PVC tubing. Adsoft™ Plus silicone eartips provide a comfortable, secure fit. The stethoscope measures approximately 68.5 cm overall and weighs approximately 203 g.

1. Check the stethoscope and ensure the eartips are securely attached.
2. Insert the eartips with their openings pointing forward, toward the bridge of the nose.
3. Place the chestpiece over the examination site. Apply light pressure for low frequencies or firmer pressure for high frequencies.
4. Clean and disinfect the stethoscope between patients according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
